We love that kids love pizza, and more importantly they love LARDO pizza. We also understand that sitting in a restaurant can be a bit of a drag too.
We are really excited to have collaborated with local illustrator James Daw, to create a short range of kids menu illustrations to amuse the kids further than just the pizzas.
He has combined beautifully some references of the local neighbourhood along with our obvious love of pigs.
James Daw is a London based artist and illustrator. He graduated from Camberwell in graphic design.
He is also a big fan of fine cheeses.
He has spent many a year spent painting and exhibiting – Highlights include MIXTAPE, a group show at The Ada Street Galleries and twice part of The Royal Academy Summer Exhibition.
The world of illustration then came a knocking with work finding its way into the likes of The Illustrated Ape, Amelia’s Magazine and inclusion in the publication FRESH – Cutting Edge Illustration by Slanted for Magma Books.
Shortlisted for illustrations for A Brave New World for The Folio Society and prize winner for the Pan MacMilllan Children’s Book competition.
We are thrilled that James could apply his creative talents to our project – If you would like to see more of his beautiful work click below.
